What cleaning services do you offer?

We provide residential, commercial and office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, disinfection and sanitisation, event clean-up, and carpet and upholstery care.

How do I request a quote or make a booking?

Use the Book on WhatsApp button, email us at info@bertinsgroup.co.uk, or contact us by phone. Tell us your location, the type of space, the service you need and your preferred date.

Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?

We can discuss the most suitable arrangement when you book. Please let us know if you need us to bring supplies, have preferred products or have any allergies or special requirements.

How is the price worked out?

Pricing depends on the size and condition of the space, the work required, the time needed and any specialist requirements. We will confirm the price or quote before work begins.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible; see our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Do I need to be present during the clean?

Not always, provided safe access and clear instructions have been agreed in advance. Please tell us about keys, entry arrangements, pets, parking or any areas that need special care.
