These terms apply to fragrance and related products supplied by Kiss & Tell Perfumery. They are for general information and do not remove statutory rights.

1. Product information and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Fragrance perception is personal, and packaging or presentation may vary from photographs. Availability may change; an order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.

2. Orders, prices and delivery

Prices, delivery arrangements, payment terms and any special order details are those shown in the applicable quote, invoice or order confirmation. Please check the information carefully and tell us promptly if anything is incorrect.

3. Safe use

Follow product labels and directions. Do not use a product if you know you are allergic or sensitive to its ingredients. Where appropriate, test cautiously before regular use, avoid contact with eyes and keep products safely away from children and heat sources.

4. Returns and faults

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or unsealed fragrance and cosmetic products may not be suitable for return unless faulty or where your legal rights apply. If an item is damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us promptly with your order details so we can review it fairly.

5. Personalised and special orders

Personalised, sourced-to-order or specially prepared items may have different cancellation or return arrangements. These will be explained before your order is confirmed.
